Hello, I’m Niki,
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I provide a safe, confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, navigate life’s challenges, and work towards lasting wellbeing.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and personal growth, as well as those wanting to heal from trauma, both past and present.
I am a pluralistic therapist, working in a person-centred way but utilising tools from other models so that our work together is tailored to your needs, ensuring that therapy is collaborative, flexible, and focused on what matters most to you.
I believe that meaningful change begins when someone feels truly heard, and my goal is to create an environment where this can happen.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Suffolk as well as online sessions across the UK, giving clients the choice of what works best for them. Each session is conducted in a supportive, non-judgmental space, helping you feel understood and empowered to move forward.
Outside my private practice, I volunteer with Iceni, providing counselling support to the local community. This experience reinforces my belief in the importance of listening, empathy, and consistent support in helping people overcome challenges and build resilience.
Whether you are new to counselling or looking for ongoing support, I aim to help you feel heard and equip you to become the best possible version of you.
