What to Expect from Hypnotherapy
If you find you are struggling to break a habit, or you are living with a phobia which prevents you from living your life to the full, affects you day to and causes difficulties, then hypnotherapy may be the solution you’ve been looking for.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis, a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration, to help you make positive changes to thoughts, behaviours, and physical sensations. It accesses the subconscious mind to directly address issues like anxiety, phobias, habits, and pain.
Issues can usually be resolved in just 3 or 4 sessions.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your issues which will be met with empathy, understanding and support.
While many people prefer face to face hypnotherapy, it is possible and perfectly safe, to have sessions online.
Hypnotherapy with me takes place in a calm, welcoming environment, either online or in my peaceful garden therapy room. It’s a discreet and comfortable alternative to clinical waiting rooms, carefully designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
