}What to Expect from Counselling
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re living with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Opening up about how you’re feeling isn’t easy, particularly if you worry about being misunderstood. You don’t have to face it alone. I’m Niki, and my counselling services in Ipswich are here to support you in finding your way forward.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. Unlike NHS services that often involve long waiting lists or limited sessions, I’m available when you need support and for as long as you need it. With over 20 years’ experience working with troubled and traumatised young people, I understand how important it is to feel truly heard and understood.
Counselling with me takes place in a calm, welcoming environment—either online or in my peaceful garden summer house. It’s a discreet and comfortable alternative to clinical waiting rooms, carefully designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, develop coping strategies, and build a deeper understanding of your emotions. My aim is to empower you to take control of your mental health and move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. Reaching out for support is a powerful step forward—when you’re ready, we can begin that journey together.
